Wonderful Watercolor World of Lorraine Arsenault
Biography Born in Montreal Canada, Lorraine Arsenault studied fine art at the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal and art history at the Université du Québec. After years in advertising, she decided to move to Corsica to dedicate herself to her painting. She participated in European workshops, entered and won a variety of art competitions and was invited to give watercolor and drawing lessons. After living in France for five years she decided to return to her roots and is now living in St. Bruno, Quebec. Since 2003, she is a member of the AAPARS (Association des Artistes Peintres Affiliés de la Rive-Sud). She participates in art expositions - the annual "Art Credo" in Ottawa, the annual AAPARS expositions in St.Bruno and on the South Shore of Montreal, and at "La Galerie@1637" in Montreal, amongst others. Her attention to detail and her style, which combines realism and impressionism, make her works distinctive and a pleasure to discover. Her paintings can be found in Corsica, France, Tunisia, the United States and Canada.
