Jacquelyn Kaucher, MSW
Background Jacquelyn Kaucher was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She currently divides her time between her home studio and painting in the mountains at Greers Ferry Lake. Besides teaching two classes at the Arkansas Art Center Museum School, basic watercolor and experimental water media, she and her husband have taken groups of artists on painting excursions staying in Bread and Breakfast Inns in Vicksburg, Mississippi and Tyler, Texas. They plan their next trip for the spring of 1998 to Arizona with a visit to Sodona and painting in picturesque ruins. Each trip includes on-site instructions and interesting side trips with evening critiques. Limit five people for each trip. Ms. Kaucher is a signature member of Mid-Southern Watercolorist and current president.
Her Watercolors can be found in many private and corporate collections with limited and unlimited prints available on order. Classes are available at the Arkansas Art Center Museum School on a quarterly bases. She also gives workshops throughout the United States and conducts painting excursions each year.
